June 20-21st Yoga and Art 2 Day Camp
This is a special two day camp! Our 8 limbs of yoga will incorporate art, asanas, social emotional learning games, breath work, nervous system regulation practice, loads of choice, outdoor time, and most important- FUN!!!!

We will be utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga through yoga poses, outdoor play, fun social-emotional learning games, reading, making sustainable art, taking time for snacks and lunch and enjoying reflective periods through choice time. Our goal is to move our bodies, explore our feelings and the world around us, practice autonomy, observe and be a part of community building, with opportunities to both lead and follow, and to just have FUN. This camp will specifically tie-in with Wildroots Art Skills for Kids camp earlier that week with opportunities to continue their mastery of chosen art skills. We will also be practicing using different beading styles using real gemstone beads! FYI: This camp can be registered for even if your child IS NOT in the Wildroots camp!
