Kids Holiday Crafts!! (taught by kids!!)

This is open to elementary school aged kids (approx 5-11). Kiddos younger than five are welcome with older siblings attending and, heck, middle school aged kids are welcome if this sounds like fun!! Kids will be at the craft stations to help teach, but an adult (Toni) will be facilitating the event overall.

We will have many simple crafts to choose from and kids should have time to make at least three-four different crafts. Crafts will include stringing felt garlands, making wreaths with recycled wool, popsicle trees/ornaments, snowflakes/candy canes with beads, wooden bead snowpeople ornaments, possibly designing winter scenes, and MORE!! They will also have the option to make thier own recycled gift tags to use on these or other gifts.

We will take time for an organic, gluten free snack provided by us. Kids are welcome to bring their own snack if they prefer. We will take regular movement breaks. Books will be set out, along with tactile games to allow participants to move at their own pace and break when they need outside of our regular breaks.

The suggested donation for this class is $30 per child or $50 for two kids in the same family, $75 for three. Donation choices too high? Email us at the address below so we can find an amount that works for your family.

This is a special holiday event but will still take place in the Yoga Shack (1122 W Oak St, Fort Collins CO 80521).
