We will spend our time creating sustainable crafts, playing fun social-emotional learning games, moving through yoga poses, sharing a snack, and enjoying some reflective/free play time. This class series meets the ONLY TWO Mondays in January when school is in session!!

Or practice positive thinking to help gain confidence in their abilities and practice healthy boundary setting? We will be utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga through fun social-emotional learning games, sustainable arts and crafts, yoga poses, reading and being read to, taking time for a snack, and possible outdoor time.
