We will spend our time creating sustainable arts and crafts, playing fun social-emotional learning games, moving thru yoga poses, sharing a snack, & enjoying free play time. This series meets all THREE Mondays in May when school is in session!

Would you like your child to learn simple relaxation techniques to help calm their nervous system and manage strong feelings? Or practice positive thinking to help gain confidence in their abilities and practice healthy boundary setting? How about learning physical exercises that increase attention, self control, and autonomy?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this after-school camp is for your kiddo!! We will be utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga through fun social-emotional learning games, LOTS of sustainable arts and crafts, reading and being read to, taking time for a snack, yoga poses and breathwork, and possible outdoor time.
