Polaris After School Yoga & Art Camp (March)
We will spend our time moving through yoga poses, playing fun SEL games, creating useful crafts and sharing some reflective time. This series meets the THREE Wednesdays in March when school is in session!! (No class the week of Spring Break).

How about learning physical exercises that increase attention and self control? Or even developing community and experiencing support in a group with opportunities to both lead and follow?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this after-school camp is for your kiddo!! We will be utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga through yoga poses, outdoor play, fun social-emotional learning games, sustainable crafts, reading aloud and individually, taking time for a snack, and enjoying a short reflective period.
