We will spend our time moving through yoga poses, playing fun SEL games, creating useful crafts and sharing some reflective time. This series meets the first THREE Wednesdays in May. (No class the last week of school).

We will be utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga through fun social-emotional learning games, sustainable arts and crafts, yoga poses, reading and being read to, taking time for a snack, and outdoor time.
