Polaris Afterschool Yoga & Craft Camp (March 2023)
We will spend our time moving through yoga poses, playing fun SEL games, creating useful crafts and sharing some reflective time in Mikole's room. This series meets once a week for FOUR weeks. We skip the week of Spring break. (NEW- a snack is provided and pick up is from 3:15-3:30 PM!!!!)

About the Event
Meeting Times: Wednesdays 03/01- 03/29 from 12:45-3:15 PM (no class on the 15th as it is Spring Break)
Suggested Price Per Child: $85
Suggested Price Siblings: $75/child
Would you like your child to learn simple relaxation techniques to help calm the body and manage strong feelings? Or practice positive thinking to help gain confidence in their abilities? How about learning physical exercises that increase attention and self control? Or even developing community and experiencing support in a group with opportunities to both lead and follow?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this after-school camp is for your kiddo!! We will be utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga through yoga poses, outdoor play, fun social-emotional learning games, sustainable crafts, reading aloud and individually, taking time for a snack, and enjoying a short reflective period.
