School's Out Yoga Day Camp (01/06)

Schools out, but you need to work and your kiddo wants to play! What can you do? Send them to Yoga Camp! 

Would you like your child to learn simple relaxation techniques to help calm the body and manage strong feelings? Or practice positive thinking to help gain confidence in their abilities? How about learning physical exercises that increase attention and self control? Or even developing community and experiencing support in a group with opportunities to both lead and follow? 

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this camp is for your kiddo!! We will be moving our bodies through yoga poses, outdoor play, and fun social-emotional learning games. We will also be making related crafts, taking time for snacks and lunch and enjoying a short reflective period. 

This is a special mini-camp that meets one day only. It is open to 5-11 year olds. Each one day class will be different and geared towards the ages of kids that are registered. Older campers will have the opportunity (if they desire) to practice leadership in student teacher roles throughout the day. Students should wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle, two snacks and a lunch. Please also bring or wear cold weather clothing for outdoor play. Yoga mats are provided.

***The Yoga Shack is a donation based studio. When registering your child, please choose the ticket amount that works for your family. You also have the choice to pick a donation amount and then later in the registration process, defer payment until the first day of camp as we accept cash donations at the studio. Extended care until 4 PM available for an additional $5.

Need to cancel for any reason? Please use the email below to do so. If you cancel with at least 10 days before your scheduled day(s), you may request a refund (minus a $10 administrative fee). There are no refunds if class begins in less than 10 days. Thank you for your understanding.
